Send Swag Flow
Send Swag Flow
The Send Swag Flow is constantly being updated to ensure the best possible user experience for all SwagUp customers.
You can select one or multiple products and one or multiple recipients to send swag right through your SwagUp platform. You can now see more information on this page such as shipping costs, add shipping notes, inventory quantities and the option to ship the remainder of your inventory.
You can also select one or multiple recipients to update their shipping methods, change shipping date, and remove shipments. Images of the products being sent, membership discounts and rewards points earned are all clearly displayed upon checkout.
Users can select to pay with a credit card or swag credits.

Where in the world is your swag? Now you can find out just by hovering over the tip tool on your shipment in your Shipments tab. Detailed statuses have been added to let you know if your shipment is Out For Delivery, On Its Way, Awaiting Carrier, Scheduled or Delivered.
