Founder Michael Martocci Named Forbes 30 Under 30 🚀
Congratulations to our Founder and Chief Swag Officer Michael Martocci for Making Forbes 30 Under 30! 🎉
We are incredibly excited to congratulate our founder and Chief Swag Officer, Michael Martocci in joining the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2021 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Michael joins founders like Lior Ohayon and Aaron Spivak (Hush Blankets), Andrew Kamhi (Sardel), Vijay and Vino Jeyapalan (Kabo), Yelitsa Jean-Charles (Healthy Roots Dolls), and Mikaella Go (Vessi) in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Retail & Ecommerce category - entrepreneurs and founders recognized for “reinventing how we shop, on and offline.”
The Forbes 30 Under 30 list has been known for picking out the top young entrepreneurs and innovators on the verge of making it big. This year, the 10th Annual list took into consideration the effects of Covid-19 and featured young entrepreneurs, activists, scientists and entertainers defying the odds, building businesses, and inspiring hope.
According to Forbes, the 2021 Under 30 trailblazers have collectively “raised over $1 billion in venture funding and are proof positive that ambition and innovation can’t be quarantined.” This is a huge moment we are excited to share as our leaders not only lay the foundation of what drives SwagUp culture, but also actively work to inspire us each and every day! #tothemoon! 🚀
“Collectively, our Under 30 trailblazers have raised over $1 billion in venture funding and are proof positive that ambition and innovation can’t be quarantined.”

The SwagUp Journey (So Far!)
From kitchen counter to 40,000 sq ft warehouse
In May 2017, we set out to create the swag company we would want to work with if we were running a growing company. This company would need to be fun, relatable, have a great taste in products and design, and understand the (evolving) challenges that companies face on a daily basis as it relates to swag.
With free/low-cost tools like Typeform, Wix, and Zapier, Michael launched SwagUp - and soon after got his first $10,000 order.
Since then, the SwagUp team has rapidly grown with an ever-expanding roster of clients and successfully launched swag projects.
Today, we have become one of the fastest growing companies in this industry - thanks to an unconventional approach and focus on solving problems for customers.
“The worst thing that can happen is when things either get easy or uninteresting. I think the moment you start to be okay and comfortable with not challenging yourself is when you start to kind of lose that edge.”
— MICHAEL MARTOCCI, SWAGUP FOUNDER
